Upon logging into Truist Long Game for the first time with your Truist Online Banking credentials, you may receive an automated email message from Truist stating that a new Online Banking account login has been detected.
When you enter your Online Banking credentials and complete security verification for the first time in Truist Long Game, you will be shown another security screen asking if you want Truist Long Game to remember your device. If you click Remember device, this allows you to skip the extra security step each time you log in to Truist Long Game. This is not recommended on a public or shared device. If you remember your device, you will receive an automated email message from Truist stating that a new device has been added to your account. If you click Not now and do not remember your device, security verification will be required each time you log in to Truist Long Game.
If you would like to update your remembered devices, you can do so from the Security Central screen within your Truist Online Banking account. Within Online Banking, navigate to your Account settings, tap Profile & settings, tap Security central, then tap Remembered Devices to view your remembered devices or add a new device.
